The congress will be held on October 28–31, 2026.

The official language of the congress is Turkish. However, the IAP joint meeting and sessions featuring international speakers will be conducted in English.
Exhibition and booth areas, with participation from pharmaceutical companies and related device firms, will be open to participants between 09:00 and 18:00.
All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their name badges, which will be provided during registration, in order to access the congress venue, exhibition areas, and social activities.
Certificates of attendance will be available online via kiosks starting from the third day of the congress for all registered participants.
