  • We kindly ask you to use Visa or Mastercard for your payments. Please note that payments made with Troy or flight cards will not be processed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Until June 2, 2026: Full refund of registration and accommodation fees.
  • Between June 2, 2026 – September 1, 2026: 50% refund will be provided.
  • After September 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
