REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• The registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, access to exhibition and booth areas, coffee breaks, lunches, and the cocktail reception.
• A 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
• The social program is not included in daily registrations.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Until July 2, 2026: Full refund of registration and accommodation fees.
• Between July 2, 2026 – September 1, 2026: 50% refund will be provided.
• After September 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

PAYMENT METHOD

For payments made via Bank Transfer, your payment will be verified within 1-3 business days, after which a confirmation will be sent to you.
